Troubleshooting

Common errors and how to resolve them.

The copilot says it does not have enough information to answer my query, although it should.

Please check that you have provided the license_id in the meta_data.user_data.licence field of your request. Without a valid license, the assistant cannot access the relevant content packages.

I get "invalid username or password" when logging in to the Developer Portal.

This error appears when your account has not yet been validated. After registration, a Haufe contact person needs to approve your account before you can log in. The error does not mean your credentials are wrong.
